In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "x44bet," "we," "us," or "the Company" refers to the operator of the x44bet platform accessible at x44bet.asia.
• "Platform" refers to the x44bet website, mobile-optimized browser interface, and all associated services, games, and features made available by x44bet.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account with x44bet or who accesses any part of the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created on the Platform through which the User accesses x44bet's services.

• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the primary currency in which x44bet user balances are maintained and transactions are processed.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, cashback, or similar incentives credited to a User's account under a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total betting activity a User must complete before Bonus Funds or winnings derived therefrom become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm a User's identity, age, and source of funds.

By registering an account with x44bet, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet through the x44bet Services, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with x44bet's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and must not register or maintain an account with x44bet.

x44bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Access to and use of x44bet's Services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the User's relationship with x44bet:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. x44bet does not permit users under 21 years old to register, deposit, or participate in any of its Services.
• You must be a natural person and not acting on behalf of any third party unless expressly authorised in writing by x44bet.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

x44bet may request identity documentation including a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, Passport, or Driver's Licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified will result in Account suspension.

4.1 Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account with x44bet. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name as it appears on your official identification document, a valid email address, and a Pakistani mobile number. Any subsequent changes to your registered details must be promptly updated and may require additional verification.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your x44bet login username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. x44bet will never request your password via email, chat, or telephone — any communication purporting to do so should be treated as fraudulent and reported to x44bet support immediately.

In the event of suspected unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify x44bet's customer support without delay. x44bet shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

4.3 Account Closure by x44bet

x44bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including where x44bet has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, bonus abuse, identity misrepresentation, violation of these Terms, or any activity that x44bet considers to be contrary to the integrity of the Platform or its gaming operations.

5.1 Deposits

x44bet accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL online transfer, UBL online transfer, and Meezan Bank. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 300. x44bet does not charge a transaction fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which x44bet accepts no responsibility.

Funds deposited into your x44bet Account must be from a payment source registered in your own name. x44bet does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit received from a payment source not matching the Account holder's identity may be reversed and the Account subject to review.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to x44bet's verification requirements. Withdrawals of real-money balances (excluding uncleared Bonus Funds) are generally processed within the timeframes specified on the Platform. x44bet reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged for review.

x44bet reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending the completion of KYC verification. Users who have not completed KYC may not be able to withdraw funds until all required documentation is satisfactorily verified.

5.3 Currency

All Account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions on the x44bet Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). x44bet does not convert currencies or accept deposits in foreign currencies via the standard payment channels.

x44bet offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside the offer:

• Bonus Funds are credited to a User's Account upon fulfilment of the stated qualifying conditions (e.g., minimum deposit amount, use of eligible payment method).
• A wagering requirement of 35x (thirty-five times) the Bonus Funds amount applies to the x44bet welcome bonus unless otherwise specified in the promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• x44bet bonuses are available to one registered account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• x44bet reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer, cancel Bonus Funds, or void associated winnings where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or technical error.
• Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion — typically 14 days from the date of issue. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited without compensation.

x44bet offers betting markets on cricket (including PSL, ICC tournaments, and bilateral international series), football, UFC, basketball, tennis, and other sporting events. The following general betting rules apply to all sports markets on the x44bet Platform:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the User. x44bet reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors at any time before or after bet settlement.
• Bets are void if the relevant event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the period specified in x44bet's market-specific rules, unless the event is eventually completed within the stated timeframe.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time at x44bet's discretion. Bets placed and confirmed before a suspension are valid; bets placed during a suspension period will be voided.
• x44bet's decision on the outcome of any disputed bet is final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution process described in these Terms.
• x44bet reserves the right to impose maximum stake limits on any individual bet, User, or market at its sole discretion without notice.
• Where x44bet has reasonable grounds to believe that a User holds inside information relating to any event, x44bet reserves the right to void any bets placed by that User on the affected market and to close the User's Account.

x44bet Casino offers live dealer games and RNG (Random Number Generator) table games sourced from licensed third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Playtech, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, and others. The following terms apply to all casino and slot game activity on x44bet:

• All casino games and slot titles are operated by their respective licensed software providers. x44bet is the platform operator; the underlying game logic, RNG certification, and payout calculations are the responsibility of the relevant game provider.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each slot title are set by the game provider and are available within the game's information panel. x44bet does not modify published RTP values.

2. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC, or any subsequent verification process.
3. Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to place bets, exploit bonus offers, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
4. Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting designed to exploit pricing errors, or any activity that undermines the integrity of x44bet's betting markets.
5. Exploiting any technical error, software vulnerability, or platform bug to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and subject to reversal.
6. Using x44bet's Platform to launder money or transact funds connected to illegal activity. x44bet complies fully with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity where required.
7. Harassing, threatening, or abusing x44bet's customer support staff or other users via any communication channel.
8. Attempting to charge back or reverse any deposit made to your x44bet Account without x44bet's prior written consent.

x44bet is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations in this area seriously. The following responsible gaming provisions are an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and are binding on all Users:

• All Users must be aged 21 years or above. x44bet will not knowingly permit any person under 21 to open an Account or access its Services.

Users are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of participating in x44bet's Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without x44bet's prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, x44bet's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that User's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

x44bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary losses arising from:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any of its Services.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in odds, game results, or statistical data displayed on the Platform.
• Delays in payment processing by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank.
• Loss of data, profits, or revenue resulting from reliance on any content published on the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to a User's Account resulting from the User's failure to maintain credential security.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall operate to exclude or restrict x44bet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

x44bet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering an Account, you consent to x44bet's collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment has taken effect constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure via x44bet's customer support.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws under which x44bet holds its international online gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, the Platform, or any x44bet Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral bodies specified under the applicable licensing framework.
